Haben is a neuromodulation fellow and TMS therapist, practice manager as well, a senior technologist at Neuromed Clinic.
He holds MD from Addis Ababa University, MSc in internal medicine from University of Edinburgh, European Diploma in pain medicine (EDPM), D-CAPM, PGPC from UoA & certified addiction specialist & counsellor (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy as well as Motivational Interviewing).
He has also completed specialist training in addiction and pain management from CAMH/University of Toronto, University of Alberta and University of British Columbia in addition. He has completed his specialist training in neuromodulation for the treatment of depression and anxiety at Harvard University medical school.
He is a certified member of the American Academy of Health Care Providers in Addiction Disorders (AHCPAD) and the Canadian Addiction Counsellors Federation (CACF) and a member of both the Canadian Society of Addiction Medicine and Canadian Neuromodulation Society (CNS).
